The herbal mixture contributes to the reduction of anxiety, fear States, nervous overwork and headaches. Helps with insomnia and during menopause.
Method of use:
2 table spoons from the herbal mixture pour 500 ml of boiling water. Brewing for 5-10 minutes and strain. Tea is drunk cold 3 times a day 150 ml after tea.

Lemon balm leaves (Melissa officinalis), Hawthorn flowers and leaves (Crataegus monogyna), St. John's wort stalk (Hypericum perforatum), Lavender flowers (Lavandula angustifolia), Lime flowers (Tilia argentea), Devil's mouth twig (Leonurus cardiaca), Clove (Syzygium aromaticum), Cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum).
